77065 people got booster dose in the country

To prevent coronavirus, 77,065 people have been given booster doses of the vaccine so far. The information came from a press release issued by the health department on Saturday (January 1).

A total of 34,081 people have been given booster doses of the vaccine on the day, the health department said in a statement. Of which 22 thousand 473 are males and 11 thousand 57 are females. Earlier, a total of 43,004 people were given booster doses till December 31. As a result, a total of 77,065 people have been given corona ticker booster doses so far.

Besides, the first dose of vaccine was given to three lakh 13 thousand 999 people across the country on this day. So far, 7 crore 41 lakh 622 people have received the first dose of the vaccine. On this day, five lakh 74 thousand 695 people were given a second dose vaccine. So far, a total of 5 crore 23 lakh 85 thousand 648 people have been vaccinated with the second dose. Besides, 44,540 students were vaccinated with the first dose on this day. So far, a total of 36 lakh 39 thousand 150 students have been vaccinated with the first dose. The second dose was given to 11,665 students on this day. So far, three lakh 71 thousand 910 students have received the second dose of vaccine.

A total of one lakh three thousand 434 people were vaccinated at different community clinics in the country. 1 crore 70 lakh 82 thousand 216 people have received the first dose of vaccine at the community clinic so far. Two lakh 92 thousand 97 people were given the second dose at the community clinic on this day. So far, 87 lakh 46 thousand 928 people have received the second dose of vaccine at the community clinic.

Oxford's AstraZeneca, Chinese-made Synoform, Synovac, Pfizer, and Moderna are currently being given across the country.
