Khaleda Zia shifted to cabin from CCU

BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia, who is undergoing treatment at the hospital, has been shifted to a cabin from the Critical Care Unit (CCU). She was transferred to the cabin on Sunday (January 9) at 8 pm on the advice of the medical board formed for her treatment.

Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of the media wing of the BNP chairperson, confirmed this information quoting Khaleda Zia's personal physician Dr AZM Zahid Hossain.

Shairul Kabir Khan said that Madam was taken to the cabin on the advice of the medical board.

It may be mentioned that on November 13 last year, Khaleda Zia was admitted to the CCU of Ever Care Hospital in the capital. Meanwhile, the BNP and Khaleda Zia's family have repeatedly called on the government to send her abroad for treatment. The BNP has been carrying out various programs all over the country with the same demand.
