Whoever the Nauka candidate is, must be supported: Shamim Osman

Narayanganj-4 MP Shamim Osman said, "We have to support whoever is the candidate of the Nouka." This Nauka is the Nauka of Bangabandhu's, Nauka of Sheikh Hasina's, Nauka of Bangabandhu family.

He made the remarks at a news conference on Monday (January 10th).

Shamim Osman said, it doesn't matter who the candidate is, who cares, banana tree or mango tree, I only care if it’s the Nauka. It is a symbol of freedom. Narayanganj is the base of Awami League. Base of Sheikh Hasina. Don't try to play game here.

"It's the hardest press conference of my life," he said. I did not come into politics because of any party opinion. I have come to politics to demand justice for the murderers of the father of the nation. I have come to politics with love for Bangabandhu. I am not against the Nauka, the Nauka symbol is a symbol bought with our blood. From today I am on the field as a Nauka.

Shamim Osman said, as soon as the election came, the discussion about me started. I want to know why I will be the subject matter during the election. Now my condition is like that of a poor man. He says I am his, he says I am his.

He said, "A few days ago, the Union Parishad election was held in Fatullah, but no one noticed. I didn't go either. There was no talk then. But why am I being repeatedly made a subject matter in the Narayanganj city corporation election? '
