BNP-Jamaat does not have the power to sink the Nauka: Shamim Osman

Commenting that BNP-Jamaat does not have the power to sink the boat, Narayanganj-4 MP Shamim Osman said, "I don't think BNP-Jamaat has the power to sink the Nauka in Narayanganj." Elephants can grow in size. We will run with the elephant on our shoulders, but we will not let them get on the boat.

He made the remarks while addressing independent candidate Taimur Alam Khandaker at a press conference on Monday (January 10th).

Shamim Osman said, "The game will be played on the 16th and we will definitely win that game. Sheikh Hasina's candidate has to be passed in Narayanganj and we will pass inshaAllah. It doesn't matter who the candidate is, who cares, banana or mango. I'll only see Nauka. Narayanganj is the base of Awami League and base of Sheikh Hasina. Don't try to play game here.'

He said, "I did not come to politics because of party views, I came to do politics out of love for Bangabandhu." I am not against the Nauka. The Nauka symbol is a symbol bought with our blood. Today I am getting on field as Nauka.
