Lockdown will be imposed if people don't follow the covid restrictions: Health Minister

Health Minister Zahid Malek has said that lockdown will be imposed if the 11-point restrictions on coronavirus infection is not observed.

He was speaking as the chief guest after inaugurating the dialysis unit and CT scan machine at the 250-bed district hospital in Manikganj on Saturday (January 15) at 11:30 am.

Corona infections are growing at an alarming rate, he said. Lockdown will hurt the country. We don't want to go that way, so everyone should follow the hygiene rules.
