SUST students in one-point movement demanding the resignation of the Vice Chancellor

The students have announced a one-point agitation demanding the resignation of the Vice Chancellor of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SHUST) in Sylhet. Hundreds of students have gathered at the university premises to demand the resignation of the vice-chancellor since Monday morning (January 17). They are demanding the resignation of the vice chancellor.

Earlier, the Shahjalal University of Science and Technology in Sylhet was declared closed indefinitely after a student movement and a police-student clash demanding the resignation of the Vice Chancellor. Students have been instructed to leave the hall by 12 noon today.

Vice Chancellor Farid Uddin Ahmed stated this after the emergency syndicate meeting on Sunday night (January 16).
