Mild cold wave will continue few more days

The ongoing mild cold wave in the country may continue for another day or two. There is also a possibility of heavy fog in the north at midnight and early morning. Meteorological Department Official Dr. Mohammad Abdul Manna said the weather would be dry across the country.

He said, "Mild cold wave is prevailing in Dinajpur, Panchagarh, Kurigram, Chuadanga and Moulvibazar. There is a possibility of mild cold wave in these districts for one to two more days."

According to the department's forecast, a mild cold wave is expected in Kurigram and Panchagarh, which will continue. This cold wave will spread to other areas of Rangpur division and some areas of Rajshahi and Khulna divisions. Nighttime temperatures can drop by 1 to 2 degrees Celsius across the country and daytime temperatures can remain almost unchanged.
