40 years aged are eligible for booster dose now

Health Minister Zahid Malek has said that the age limit for taking booster dose (third dose) of corona virus has been reduced from 50 years to 40 years. He said this in a news briefing on Sunday (January 30).

As a result, 40-year-olds will now receive a booster dose. Besides, those over 12 years of age will get the covid vaccine, he said.

The government has already announced that booster doses will be given to 40-year-old citizens, doctors and people working in the front row.
