58 lakh 13 thousand people got booster dose

Since the start of vaccination program to prevent corona infection, 12 crore 63 lakh 85 thousand 843 people have come under the first dose of vaccine till now. 9 crore 11 lakh 57 thousand 926 people have received two doses of vaccine. At this time 58 lakh 13 thousand 46 people got the booster (third) dose of Covid vaccine.

This information is known from the press release regarding corona vaccination sent from the Department of Health. It was signed by Prof. Dr. Mizanur Rahman, Director and Line Director, Management Information Branch (MIS) of the department.

It said 35,426 people had been vaccinated with the first dose across the country on Saturday (March 19). The second dose was given to one lakh 27 thousand 293 people and the booster dose was given to 70 thousand 246 people.

Oxford/AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson vaccines are given in the country.
