National election will be held in time according to constitution: Obaidul Quader

Awami League General Secretary and Roads and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader has said that the national election will be held in time as per the constitution and not the resignation of the government. There is no chance of change of power without elections, so he urged the BNP to prepare for the elections without bargaining.

He made the remarks at a joint meeting of the Awami League on Bangabandhu Avenue in the capital on Tuesday (May 10) morning.

Obaidul Quader said, Awami League wants EVM vote in 300 constituencies in next election. However, the commission will take action according to their ability.
