There is a kind of instability across the country. Edible
oil is disappearing from the market. Commodity prices are rising
uncontrollably. Scholars are quite vocal about the economic crisis. The story
of PK Halder is now a subject of delicious discussion. A strange circular has
been issued on government officials and ministers regarding foreign travel.
Where the title says, ‘Restriction of foreign travel ‘, but the description
says that foreign travel is stopped. It is as if the economic crisis has been
accepted through this. The dollar market is volatile. Like oil there is a
famine of dollars. Seeing and observing everything, the ordinary endangered
people like us wonder, what is happening in the country? Is everything alright?
The way to know and understand everything is the media. Mainstream media and
social media. If you watch Facebook and YouTube, it will seem that there is no
government in the country. The fall of the government is probably a matter of
time. The mainstream media also seems to be enlivened by the intensive
information terrorism on social media. There is no good news in the newspapers
of the country. A couple of media outlets seem to have taken the contract to
increase the prices of goods. They are no longer limited to edible oils and
onions. They are spreading rumors about the soap and toothpaste price increase.
After the Russia-Ukraine war, the world flour market is on the rise. According
to media reports, 45 percent of Bangladesh's wheat comes from Ukraine. And
where does it go? The next day the price of flour increased by 2 Tk. Howling
and screaming about the market is a daily routine in the newspaper. And
listening to the talk show, it seems that Bangladesh has become Sri Lanka! At
first glance, it may seem this government may not be able to run everything
smoothly. The government is probably losing ground. But if we analyze a little
deeper, it can be seen that a planned blueprint to prove the government a
failure is being implemented. A situation is being created in which the common
man has no confidence in the government. A situation is being created in which
the common man has no confidence in the government. And the conspirators of
one-eleven have come to the field to implement this blueprint. Professor Syed
Modasser Ali wrote an article in Bangladesh Pratidin on the occasion of Sheikh
Hasina's Homecoming Day on 17 May. The title of the article says, ‘Philosophical
statesman Sheikh Hasina’. For some time now, Syed Modasser Ali has been calling
Sheikh Hasina a philosophical politician. Philosophical politicians are rarely
found in the world of politics. Vladimir Ilyich Lenin was a philosophical
politician. Netaji Subhash Bose, Mahatma Gandhi, Father of the Nation
Bangabandhu, Nelson Mandela are all philosophical politicians. Gave birth to a
philosophy and struggled their whole life to implement that philosophy. A
closer look reveals that Sheikh Hasina is also working on a philosophy. Sheikh
Hasina's philosophy is 'People's Empowerment'. Many may not know that in 2012,
this philosophy has been recognized as a philosophy of world peace. That is why
it would be a bad mistake to take the Prime Minister's statements lightly
considering them as sweet speeches of politics. Every statement of the Prime
Minister has a deep political significance and philosophy. Over the past week she
has been bringing up the incident of One-Eleven in her speeches. She has also
sharply criticized the role of a few media. In a number of recent speeches,
Sheikh Hasina has said, "I do not run the country by reading
newspapers." After the disaster in Sri Lanka, some of the country's media
brought to the fore some of civils’ statements. In this speech, the civil
pundits were overwhelmed with joy that the fate of Bangladesh would be like
that of Sri Lanka. The Prime Minister responded sharply. He further disclosed
this in his introductory speech at the National Economic Council (NEC) meeting
on Tuesday. Sheikh Hasina, without naming anyone, said, ‘Those who have
overthrown the Emergency Government speak more, they criticize more’. The next
day (May 18) the Awami League president raised the issue in a broader context.
She harshly criticized the government for not allowing her to enter the country
during the One-Eleven government. Speaking on the occasion, she brought up the
issue of Padma Bridge and criticized the two civil leaders. Analyzing all the
statements of Sheikh Hasina, it is clear that the national and international
conspiracy against Bangladesh is now going on quite loudly. A section of the
country's civil society is now trying to confuse the people. Some of them are
using the media as a tool against the government.
A few days ago, Public Health Trustee Dr. Jafrullah
Chowdhury presented a formula of the national government to the nation. Dr.
Jafrullah Chowdhury has nominated Prof. Rehman Sobhan and Dr. Kamal Hossain as
the President of the National Government. Dr. Muhammad Yunus has been nominated
as the Prime Minister. He has also been asked to be given the ministry of home
and public administration. Several of the mentioned in Dr Jafrullah's proposal
to be in the national government are from One-Eleven. A conscious attempt to
confuse Awami League and BNP workers with this name can also be noticed. A disgusting
presumptuousness has been shown to keep Sheikh Rehana, the youngest daughter of
the father of the nation, in the national government. In London, there is a
bizarre proposal to give the daughter of fugitive Tariq Zia a share in the
national government. At first glance, this may seem like an old age
childishness. But a closer look at his national government's formula reveals
that there is a deliberate attempt to bring the One-Eleven cadres to the fore.
It is also noteworthy that with the introduction of the theory of such a
government in the field, some people have become vocal, they are associated
with one-eleven in various ways and are the beneficiaries of unelected
government. In saying that Bangladesh will be Sri Lanka, their joy seems to be
more than their sorrow. When they say that the remittance has decreased, the
light smile on the corners of their faces are no longer hidden. The media,
which used to patronize these people in One-Eleven, now seem to have come down
with microscopes in search of Government's flaw. Some media outlets now seem to
have taken on the role of opposition party. In a democracy, it is natural for
the media to criticize the government. But if that criticism is motivated, then
it is surely a cause for concern. Some newspapers are doing just that. In other
words, they are trying to make the country look risky and critical. A group is
so desperate to prove that the government is a failure. People don’t get
confused only by words and nobody needs to be a scholar to understand it. For
this reason, a group is silently active inside the government. They are deliberately
creating a situation that will prove that whatever the civils and the medias
controlled by them saying are true. Those in the commerce ministry have vowed
to turn the people against the government. They have done things that make this
government look incompetent, incompetent and weak. They have no control over
the market. The government can take various decisions for different reasons. But
what was the need to announce the ban on foreign travel in a grand manner? But
what was the need to announce the ban on foreign travel in a grand manner? This
has made the statement of the civil society credible to the common people. This
has affected the dollar market. Not only has the dollar risen in value, it has
also become scarce. There are some people in this society who are
opportunistic. They want to make a living by taking people hostage all the
time. They stockpile everything from edible oil to dollars. Launder money
abroad. PK Halder is their good advertisement. Their only benefit is to make
the country unstable. It is only for them the democratic government is in
crisis. Non-democratic power matches the stalks. They are also now active in
the field. Bangladesh has some development partners who do not want a strong
government in the country. A strong continuous democratic system makes them
uncomfortable. They prefer to talk openly with civilized intellectuals rather
than politicians. Their main interest is not the development of Bangladesh but
the market shares of this country. They talk about democracy, good governance,
human rights but in reality they form secret alliances with the opposing forces.
A government fall into crisis only when these forces come together. And the way
is paved for the unelected government to come to power. If we observe the
dynamics of post-independence Bangladesh politics, we will see that a civil
society group, some media, some conspirators within the government and the
international community have united to violate the constitution. On August 15,
1975, Father of the Nation Bangabandhu was brutally killed by anti-independence
forces. After this heinous murder in history, the constitution was boxed. Let's
take a look at the context of '75. Holiday and Ganakantha went to war against
the government. A class of mercenary intellectuals cried their hearts out that
the country was ruined. Profiteers, black marketeers, stockholders increased
the prices of commodities and made the market volatile. Mostaqs inside the
government were sabotaging. And some in the international community feared
Mujib's Himalayan like personality and popularity. After the assassination of
Bangabandhu in '75, the cabinet of the murderous Mostaq was an eyewash. After
Zia came to power, an unconstitutional advisory council was formed on November
7, 1975. Prominent scholars and civil servants of that time joined the advisory
council dancing. One or two of them have to be mentioned. Dr. Mohammad Ibrahim,
Akbar Kabir (Khushi Kabir's father), Dr. Mozaffar Ahmed, Dr. M. R. Khan. These
prominent people of the society did not question the constitution. There was no
demand for repeal of the Indemnity Ordinance. They did not even question the
killing of baby Russell which is an extreme example of human right violation. Intoxicated
with power, they forgot the constitution, democracy, human rights. Civilians
did not have to ask for votes to become advisors (ministers) nor did they have
to think about the people.
After Zia's death, the second phase of the constitution was
violated under the leadership of the then army chief Ershad. Ershad took power
by removing Justice Sattar. Intensive implementation of the same formula before
Ershad took power. Rising commodity prices. Ginger and garlic disappear from
the market. Deterioration of law and order. Murder accused arrested from
minister's residence. Uninterrupted campaign of some media that the country is
not running. The relentless activities of a few ambassadors. Then one morning
Hussein Muhammad Ershad appeared in front of the television in uniform. The
constitution was suspended. Fundamental rights have been taken away. Once
again, our most revered civilians were exposed on the stage. Ershad's advisory
council was adorned with some of those most famous personalities. Abu Jafar
Obaidullah Khan, Dr Shafia Khatun, Dr A Majid Khan, M Saiduzzaman, the late AMA
Muhith, ARS Doha and others. The people of this country had to agitate for nine
years to remove Ershad. The unelected government of 2007 came as part of a
far-reaching plan to close the gap in the constitutional system of
'non-partisan caretaker government'. The context and objectives of the 2007
military-backed unelected government were both different and larger in nature. The
fall of Ershad in the '90s marked the beginning of a democratic trend in
Bangladesh. But the reins of this democracy were in the hands of unelected
civilians. Provision is made that a non-partisan caretaker government will be
formed before the election. Infinite power was given to this caretaker
government during the election. 1991, 1996, and 2001 the three-term caretaker
government, their controlled media, and the international community brought to
power the party they wanted. Under the guise of a neutral election, the key to
power has gone to the unelected. Take the case of the caretaker government of
2001. Soon after taking office, this government jumped against the Awami
League. The Awami League lost before the election. The election of the three
caretaker governments was conducted by remote control. But the problem was
created in 2001. When the BNP-Jamaat alliance government came to power. Corruption,
looting, torture, oppression have reached such a point that people are
desperate to remove that government. This awakening of the people frightened
the civilians. That is why a campaign started. BNP is not good. The Awami
League is also bad. Both Awami League and BNP have failed. Through such a
campaign, a platform was prepared to bring the civilians to the field. The
leaders of the civil society were elected on the initiative of the
international community. The Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to a person working
in economics. Fear is instilled in the minds of the people by showing failure
and wailing all around. Then the civilians appeared on the stage. According to
the constitution, the term of a caretaker government is 90 days. But the civil
constitutional expert issued a fatwa saying "everything is fine". But
the philosopher Sheikh Hasina understood that it was a conspiracy against
democracy. Violation of the Constitution. Deprivation of people's rights. So he
called again. He liberated democracy by suffering imprisonment and oppression. Sheikh
Hasina understood that the key to the power of the people was made captive by
the civilians in the name of ‘Caretaker government’. The caretaker government
was abolished. The government led by Sheikh Hasina is running the country for
three terms. How can the civil society tolerate being away from power for such
a long time? So that old game has started. Various songs of despair are being
played around. Some civilians, their controlled media, some miscreants
opportunistic, some neo-Mostaqs tasting the sweet taste of power and some of
the international community (who still think of themselves as lords) are planning
another one-eleven. Since Sheikh Hasina is a philosophical and far-sighted
politician, she has taken on an aggressive role. She knows that people are her
strength. That is why she is constantly warning the people in advance. The crew
waits in the greenroom before the play is staged. One-eleven conspirators have
entered the green room. Can Sheikh Hasina prevent them from entering the stage?
