5th anniversary of the Anti-Terrorism Unit of Police

Today marks the 5^th anniversary of the Anti-Terrorism unit of the police. This special unit of the police was formed on 19th September 2017.

On the occasion of the foundation anniversary, a discussion meeting and cultural program has been organized at Bashundhara International Convention City of the capital on Monday (September 19) at 3:30 pm.

Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal will be present as the chief guest on the occasion, said Additional IGP Anti-Terrorism Unit SM Ruhul Amin.

Senior Secretary of the Public Security Department of the Ministry of Home Affairs Md Akhtar Hossain and Inspector General of Police (IGP) Dr Benazir Ahmed, will be present as special guest.
