New Zealand beat Pakistan by 9 wickets

New Zealand lost the first match to Pakistan by 6 wickets. But they have taken a sweet revenge. The hosts advanced to the final of the tri-nation T20 series with an easy win in Christchurch.

After Allen's half-century, Conway's brilliant innings lead New Zealand to a 9 wickets win. At the end of three matches, both teams got four points each. With that both the teams got one step closer to the final of the tri-nation T20 series. On the other hand, equation became very difficult for Bangladesh.

Chasing a target of 131 runs, New Zealand scored 57 runs without a wicket in the first six overs of the power play. Allen hit his second career fifty with a six off the third ball of the tenth over. The Kiwi opener scored a half-century in 31 balls with 1 four and 5 sixes. He was on the way to win the team by 10 wickets. But the partnership of 117 runs broke on the 14^th over. Shadab khan took the wicket of Allen.

Later, skipper Kane Williamson formed a partnership with Conway. Conway was unbeaten on 49 when Williamson took the winning run on the first ball of the 17th over.
