IU Career Club celebrates 2nd founding anniversary

Islamic University Career Club (IUCC) celebrated its 2nd founding anniversary on the campus in Kushtia on Monday, amid much enthusiasm and joy.

Marking the day, the members of the club brought out a colorful procession in front of the Birshrestha Hamidur Rahman auditorium of the university around 11:30 am. The rally ended at the same place after parading the main roads of the campus.

Later, a discussion meeting and cake-cutting ceremony were held at the 116 no room of TSCC on the campus.

Dr. Murshid Alam, assistant proctor of the university was the special guest while IU press club president Sarkar Masum, IUCC former president Ashikur Rahman, and former organizing secretary Rasel Murad were present here with IUCC president Farjana Islam Mahee in the chair.

Redwanul Islam and Samiha Choudhury Priya, jointly, conducted the program while Azaharul Islam, secretary of the club delivered the welcome address.

IUCC organizing secretary Mutasim Billah Riyad, treasurer Abdullah Al Noman, office secretary Rony Saha, head of Media and public relations Pollob Ahmed Siam, head of the higher study Shihab Uddin and head of event management Sukanta Das took part here, among others.

Crest and prize-giving ceremony, workshop on public speaking and cultural programs were also organized, marking the day.

IU Career Club started its journey on campus on October 17, 2020, aiming to enrich and broaden the experience of the student community and to enable them to build a career.
