Only 35 percent students admitted at CoU via first merit list

Only 35 percent students were admitted to Comilla University (CoU) via the first merit list of first-year undergraduates in the Cluster admission test 2021-22 session. Only 365 students have been admitted against a total of 1040 seats.
Dr. Md. Saifur Rahman, head of the technical committee of CoU admission has confirmed this.
He said that in the first merit list, 152 students were admitted to 'A' unit, 146 students were to 'B' unit and 67 students were admitted in the 'C' unit.
Regarding the quota merit list, he said, the quota merit list has yet not been published. GST will decide on the quota result before the latest migration.
He also said that there is a possibility to start classes from the first of January.
