HSC exam is starting today

This year's HSC and equivalent examinations are starting today, Thursday, after a long hiatus due to the corona pandemic. A total of 13 lakhs 99 thousand 690 students will take part in this examination under 11 education boards.

The education boards have completed all the preparations to take the exam in a fair, copy-free, and positive environment. Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni will visit the examination center at Shaheed Government Suhrawardy College in the capital at 9.30 am today.

Today HSC will hold examinations in Physics First Paper, Alim in Quran Majeed in Alim and in Technology (Business Management) Accounting Policy and Application-2.

According to the information, students have to enter the center 30 minutes before the start of the test. If an examinee enters later due to unavoidable reasons, his name, roll, time of admission, and reason for delay should be sent to the Board of Education. The set code of the question paper will be informed to the concerned through SMS 25 minutes before the start of the test. No one other than the officer in charge can enter the center with any electronic device. The officer-in-charge also cannot use the device to take pictures.

Although the test was conducted in the first week of April every year, it was not possible to take the test in time this year due to the coronavirus epidemic. The Ministry of Education has directed to close all the coaching centers till January 3 for HSC and equivalent examinations.
